Conservatories are based in the midlands. From our central
location, we are able to dispatch orders through our comprehensive
logistics network, from one central point.
Once we have received your order, your conservatory is
passed to an account manager who will guide it through the
manufacturing process, ensuring the job is completed and
delivered on time.
Using only the latest state of the art machinery coupled
with time served craftsmen; your conservatory is individually
manufactured and built. Once fully assembled and checked,
it is carefully dismantled and packaged ready for dispatch.
You will receive an order confirmation email with the details
of your conservatory for your reference and a base plan
so you can begin the task of setting out the base or bringing
someone into build it.
10 days before your conservatory is due to be delivered
you will receive an email confirming the delivery date.
If this is inconvenient for you we ask you to contact us
by email to arrange another date.
Your new conservatory will normally be delivered within
twenty one days of cleared payment directly to your home.
Deliveries are normally made on 7.5 ton vehicles to the
nearest hard standing available at the address provided.
Please advise us if there are any restrictions on access
for 7.5 ton vehicles such as narrow lanes etc that will
prevent our vehicles accessing your site address. Please
note that it is your responsibility to provide labour to
offload your order. We aim to deliver your complete order
in one delivery and you must check and sign for the delivery.
